How can I contact Customer Support?

Email contact@korincollection.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days.

What are your customer service hours?

Monday - Friday, 11am - 8pm SGT. For urgent matters, add "Urgent" in the email subject.

Can I use live chat?

Yes, use the live chat at the bottom right during 11am - 8pm SGT, Mon–Fri.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay via our encrypted gateway.

When will I be charged?

Immediately at checkout. Subscriptions bill on the same date each cycle until paused or cancelled.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we do not store full card details. Processing is handled by our secure payment partners.

Can I use multiple payment methods?

One method per order. You can update your method before purchase or for future orders in your account.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days within Singapore. Express options (1–2 business days) are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM SGT ship the same day.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries (typically 7–14 business days). Duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping email with tracking. You can also view status in your account.

What are your shipping costs?

Free standard shipping on Singapore orders over $60. Otherwise, Express delivery is $3.00, and next day shipping is $5.00. International rates vary.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not shipped, email contact@korincollection.com with your order number and the updated address. We cannot change addresses after dispatch.

Subscription

How does the subscription work?

Receive Korin on your chosen frequency (monthly, every 2 months, or quarterly), save 15%, and manage anytime from your account.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, change products, adjust frequency, skip deliveries, or cancel anytime.

When will I be charged?

On the same date each cycle. We’ll email a reminder 3 days in advance.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, pause up to 3 months and reactivate anytime.

What if I cancel?

Cancel anytime with no fees. You’ll receive products until the current billing period ends.

Sustainability

What is Korin doing for the environment?

Recyclable materials, clean & cruelty-free formulas, responsible suppliers; working toward carbon-neutral shipping by 2025.

Reduce environmental impact?

We use glass bottles and paper-based packaging to reduce plastics; most materials are recyclable.

Will the glass break easily?

Our thick, durable glass is designed for normal handling. Please handle with care.

Is packaging recyclable?

Yes, follow local guidelines.

Cruelty-free?

Yes. We’re cruelty-free and working toward full vegan certification.

Refill program?

Launching in 2026. Join our email list for updates.

Product & Advice

Suitable for sensitive skin?

We avoid common irritants (sulfates, parabens, synthetic fragrance). Patch-test first if sensitive.

Shelf life?

36 months from production. Check expiry on bottle/box.

Returns & Refunds

Return policy?

30-day returns. Items should be in original condition with ≥50% remaining for refund or exchange.

How to return?

Email contact@korincollection.com or use your account. We’ll send a prepaid label.

Refund timing?

Processed 3–5 business days after we receive your return; funds appear in 5–10 business days depending on bank.

Damaged/incorrect item?

Email us with photos/description and we’ll replace it at no cost and provide a prepaid return label.

Corporate/Bulk Orders

Bulk discounts?

Yes—volume discounts start at 25+ units (10–25% depending on quantity). Contact contact@korincollection.com.

Custom gift sets?

We can create branded sets for events, staff appreciation, or clients. Minimum 50 sets.

Lead time?

Standard bulk ships in 5–7 business days. Custom branding needs 2–3 weeks. For 500+ units or rush, contact us.
