Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed through our encrypted payment gateway.
When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately when you place your order. For subscription orders, you'll be charged on the same date each billing cycle until you cancel or pause your subscription.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full credit card details on our servers - all payment processing is handled by our secure payment partners.
Can I use multiple payment methods?
Currently, we only accept one payment method per order. However, you can change your payment method before completing your purchase or update it for future orders in your account settings.
Do you offer payment plans?
We partner with Klarna and Afterpay to offer buy-now-pay-later options. You can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, with the first payment due at checkout and the remaining payments automatically charged every 2 weeks.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US. Express shipping (1-2 business days) and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. All orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website or clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the US. Orders under $50 have a $5.95 shipping fee. Express shipping is $9.95 and overnight is $19.95. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact customer support immediately at info@korin.com with your order number and new address. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

How does the subscription work?
Our subscription service delivers your favorite Korin products automatically at your chosen frequency (monthly, every 2 months, or quarterly). You save 15% on all subscription orders and can modify or cancel anytime through your account dashboard.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes! You can change products, adjust delivery frequency, skip deliveries, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Changes made before your next billing date will take effect immediately.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You'll be charged on the same date each billing cycle based on your chosen frequency. We'll send you an email reminder 3 days before each charge, giving you time to make any changes, skip, or add products to your next delivery.
Can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely! You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months through your account dashboard. This is perfect if you're traveling, have enough product, or need a temporary break. You can reactivate anytime during the pause period.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription anytime with no fees or penalties. Simply log into your account and click "Cancel Subscription" or contact our customer support team. You'll continue to receive products until your current billing period ends.

Will the glass packaging break easily?
Our glass bottles are made with thick, durable materials to enhance their strength and longevity. While glass can break if dropped from significant heights, we've designed our packaging to withstand normal handling. Please handle your Korin products with care to enjoy their luxurious design and minimize the risk of breakage.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our bottles are made from recycled glass and plastic, our boxes are made from recycled cardboard, and even our shipping materials are biodegradable. Look for recycling symbols on each package for local guidelines.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Korin is proudly cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified. We never test on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who test on animals. We're also working toward full vegan certification for our entire product line.

Our initiatives include responsibly sourced ingredients from sustainable suppliers, minimizing waste in production and packaging processes, and using recycled materials wherever possible. How do I know which products are right for my skin?
Start with our online skin quiz to get personalized product recommendations. You can also book a free virtual consultation with one of our skincare specialists, or try our Discovery Kit to sample different products before committing to full sizes.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin and are free from common irritants like sulfates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances. Look for our "Sensitive Skin Approved" badge on product pages, and always patch test new products.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months unopened, depending on the formula. Once opened, most products should be used within 6-12 months. Check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on each product for specific guidance.
Can I layer Korin products together?
Yes! Our products are designed to work together. Apply from thinnest to thickest consistency: cleanser, toner, serums, moisturizer, then SPF during the day. Our product pages include layering tips and ingredient compatibility information.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! We offer sample sizes of most products, and our Discovery Kit includes travel-sized versions of our bestsellers. We also include free samples with every order so you can try something new.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products should be in their original condition with at least 50% remaining.
How do I return an item?
Contact our customer support team at info@korin.com or through your account dashboard to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions. No need to print anything - we'll email everything you need.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes! We're happy to process exchanges for different products or sizes. When you initiate your return, simply specify what you'd like to exchange for. We'll send your new item as soon as we receive your return.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry this happened! Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item or description of what you received. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect/damaged item.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Can you create custom gift sets for corporate events?
Absolutely! We love creating custom gift sets for corporate events, employee appreciation, or client gifts. We can include your company branding and create personalized packaging. Minimum order of 50 sets required.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Standard bulk orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom or branded orders require 2-3 weeks lead time. For large orders (500+ units) or rush orders, please contact us directly to discuss timing and availability.
Do you offer NET payment terms for businesses?
We offer NET 30 payment terms for qualified businesses with approved credit applications. Contact our wholesale team to discuss your needs and begin the application process. First-time orders require payment upfront.
