30-day satisfaction guarantee
If the Facial Repair Serum isn't working for your skin, or in the rare case it causes irritation, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of delivery. You don't need to have any amount left in the bottle.
Refunds aren't available for a change of mind.
How to get a refund
- Email contact@korincollection.com with your order number and why you're not happy.
- We reply within 24 hours and send you a prepaid return label.
- Post the bottle back using the label.
Please email us first. We can't process items sent back without a request.
When you'll be refunded
We refund your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the bottle. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Shipping fees are not refunded, unless the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email us a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement for free, plus a prepaid label to return the original.
Orders from other platforms
Orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop or other marketplaces follow that platform's return process.
